We use the best of ingredients of course for our deserts, many with the addition of something extra special like Galliano, Cointreau, Grand Marnier and liqueur muscat.
Among the favourites are our "Indulgent Desserts" - cold-set cheesecakes and mousses. They do require refrigerated transport and storage, but their beautiful packaging (and amazing flavours) are perfect for cafes with chilled cabinets and for retailers.
And for cook-at-home we have brownie mixes and rice pudding mixes which look great in their stand-up pouches on retail shelves and in gift hampers.
